Obelisx is a web development agency founded in 2023 and based in Bahçelievler, Istanbul. We build e-commerce platforms, corporate websites and custom web applications on Next.js and TypeScript, as fixed-scope projects rather than monthly retainers. International clients are quoted in USD; the Turkish price list stays on the Turkish site.

Four reasons that hold up to checking, and one caveat. Turkey is close enough to Europe to work as a same-day extension of your team, and far enough from Western European cost structures to change the budget. The caveat: none of this helps if the work is bad, so everything below is stated in terms you can verify at delivery.
Six services, all on the same stack and the same commercial terms. The English services page carries the deliverables and starting prices for each; the Turkish detail page behind every card goes deeper into scope, timelines and edge cases.

Corporate website design and development: bespoke design, multi-language, blog infrastructure and technical SEO included. 14-day delivery, starting at 38,000₺.
Technical SEO audit, schema markup, Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) optimization and AI-search visibility (GEO) setup. Measurable output, not a ranking guarantee.
Custom web applications, admin panels, dealer portals and SaaS platforms. Built with Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL — auth, role management and API integrations included.
User flows, wireframes, Figma prototypes and conversion-focused interface design. The team that designs is the team that codes, so nothing is lost in handoff.
Post-launch security updates, dependency upgrades, backups, uptime monitoring and performance protection. Every package includes a free support period, then a monthly maintenance agreement.
In four stages, each one ending in something you approve. You are never asked to buy the next stage before seeing the output of the current one, and the staging URL is open to you from the first build week.
| Stage | What we do | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Scope and fixed quote | Turn your brief into a written scope, a fixed USD price and a delivery date — normally back within 24 hours. | Describe the goal, share brand assets, any existing site and hard constraints. Approve the scope in writing. |
| 2. Design | Information architecture, then a clickable Figma prototype covering every page type before a line of code exists. | Comment directly on the Figma frames and sign off the prototype. Revisions are Starter 3, Growth 5, Premium unlimited. |
| 3. Build | Next.js implementation on a staging URL you can open at any time, plus technical SEO, schema and performance work. A demo at each milestone. | Watch staging, supply content and third-party credentials (payment, shipping, analytics), and join or read the milestone demos. |
| 4. Handover and acceptance | Lighthouse report, repository transfer, admin panel and deployment access, technical documentation. | Run acceptance against the agreed scope, take ownership of the repository and accounts, settle the balance. |
Everything above happens asynchronously by default. Calls are scheduled for design reviews and milestone demos; the rest is written, which is what makes a time-zone gap harmless rather than expensive.
All of it. Handover is a transfer of ownership, not the start of a dependency — the commercial terms below are the same ones published on the Turkish site.
You do. The repository, the design files and the deployment configuration transfer to your own accounts at delivery, with no licence fee and no usage restriction. Nothing stays on our side that you would have to rent back, and another team can take the project over from the handover documentation alone.
Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted in USD. 50% advance before project start, balance on delivery. No monthly or yearly subscription — setup is a one-time fee. Scope changes are quoted separately instead of being absorbed silently, so the figure you approve at the start is the figure you pay.
Istanbul is UTC+3 all year and does not change clocks: one hour ahead of Central European summer time, two hours ahead in winter. Our 09:00-18:00 working day therefore covers most of a Central European business day and the whole European morning, so a question asked in Berlin or Amsterdam at 10:00 is answered the same morning rather than overnight.
In English, in writing, in the channel you already use — email, Slack, Teams or WhatsApp. Written updates are the default so decisions stay searchable; calls are reserved for design reviews and milestone demos rather than daily status. Design feedback goes on the Figma frames as comments, and a staging URL is live from the first build week.
You hear about it before the date passes, not after. Milestone demos make slippage visible early, and the most common cause is a scope change or a decision pending on your side, which we flag in writing when it happens. Because half the fee is only due on delivery, a late project never leaves you paid in full for work you have not received.
Yes. The Starter package exists for that: a single high-converting page at $600, delivered in 7 business days, on the same stack and the same handover terms as a larger project. It is a real deliverable rather than a trial, and it shows you how we work before you commit a bigger budget.
